Dhanalakshmi Continuous Mixer is designed for better blending and mixing of sand with various NO BAKE binders.

Dhanalakshmi Mixer is Robustly built and made for consistent performance and it is well suitable for all sizes of moulds.

  • Single Horizontal Barrel design

  • Ranges from 3T – 30T / hr with 270° Rotation

  • Barrel opening on both sides for easy access and maintenance.

  • Uses Replaceable Tungsten carbide blades and minute adjustment for better mixing.

  • Sand Metering gates for accurate blending of sands 

  • Pneumatically discharge gate (Optional)

  • Chemical pumping to suit various type of blender systems.

  • Full PLC controls with touch screen interface.

  • Pattern recognition system using RFID / BARCODE /QR CODE (Optional).

  • Can make separate recipe for individual patterns.

  • Remote PC access for reports.

  • Alarm diagnostics 

  • Remote WIFI link to Dhanalakshmi for full online support.

  • Automatic triggering to the users for information and produce reports
