The in-house manufacturing capability includes fabrication, machining and assembling along with complete control panel. control systems are designed and built-in conjunction with the equipments for better co ordination and process understanding.

Dhanalakshmi continue to build equipments for No Bake mould system for both Alphaset and Furon process and has been installed numerous mechanized /Automated system, Moreover these systems can also be used for shell moulding, Investment casting operation.
